I am an immigrant with dual citizenship in Canada. I have been living in this country for more than a decade but honestly this country has significantly declined especially after a large influx of those ppl (Indians)especially the ones who entered through the school system route. They are dominating the job market keeping even born Canadians out. That's very unfair and selfish. I worry for my teen child who won't be able to get a summer job crime has increased among other things. It's sad but the good will suffer for the bad but the Government is to be blamed. As immigrants we all came for a better life not to dominate a d tear down a once beautiful country. I am scared for the future of my kids. These ppl only care about their own kind. That's unfair. Canada was a clean, quiet and reasonable place to live now it feels hopeless.
@ra-neter6662 Both are at fault. people are not given opportunities to destroy or dominate ppl's country. Opportunities should be beneficial to all parties not bring problems. Those ppl don't respect anyone but themselves. It's disgraceful.
Canada, known for its multicultural image, often blames immigrants, especially Indians, for issues like housing and job competition. Yet, Indians excel globally, driving innovation and economic growth, as seen in the USA, where they lead top companies and startups. Meanwhile, Canada faces slow GDP growth, a weakening dollar, and systemic inefficiencies. Despite harsh weather and these challenges, Indians continue to thrive and contribute. Rather than scapegoating, Canada should focus on utilizing immigrant talent to strengthen its economy.
Nobody is against the entire Indian population. Trudeau's government should have considered the ethnic representation and the quality of the immigrants before they blindly let anyone to come in. It applies to all nations. No ethnic background should be dominant except for the local Canadians...Canadians should be the dominant ethnicity in Canada, and others should adapt and integrate into the society. Canadians want Indians like those who have the potential to become CEO of Microsoft or Alphabet, not the Skip the Dishes delivery guys. The US is selective when it comes to fair representation of ethnicities in the general public and the quality of immigrants. Unfortunately, Canadian politicians made very poor decisions and introduced bad policies. Now, they are trying to reverse it...
Thanks for this video both of you. And thanks for not back tracking on the concerns you are raising 👌 I am an immigrant and I respect the Canadian way of life. I brought my cultural values and traditions with me, and took time to build new traditions that are Canadian. I may not like everything about Canada, but I respect my adopted country and am grateful for the opportunities I have had since moving.
8:14 would also like to point out that, main issue is the population (which the govt is responsible for) Indians are the largest immigrant community here , even more than Canadians in some cities. Assuming 6-7 out of every 10 person in the city is an Indians, the chances of getting cut off while driving or getting in some sort of an intrication increases by 60-70%. Average Indian sitting in india doesn’t have a clue what’s going on here but the government and Canadian colleges in greed invited millions of us here…
My brother is from the Caribbean and he assimulated into the Canadian society and where he works, he isn't trying to bring in only people from the Caribbean to work. He tries to get along with people of different ethnic backgrounds and from different cultures because that's the way we were brought up. When I came to Canada to university, I had quite a few Indian friends and acquaintances. Its sad that they are getting such a bad reputation. That's sad. I hope things can get better.
My question to everyone complaining on here, have any of your visited your local MPs office and talk to them about this? Because that is their entire job, to listen to their constituents regarding issues such as this.
11:17 easier for you to say, we don’t have problems integrating with other cultures . But I believe a culture also has its roots in religion. Most indians are Hindus or sikhs here .. blacks, caucs , Filipins are mostly Christians . There you go for common grounds. It is easier for them to integrate due to that.
I moved to a western country about 17 years ago to do my studies in a very specialized field of work which was not available then in India. During that time immigrants from India were migrating in small numbers based on skillsets and other legitimate criteria as stringently imposed by the government. What has happened in North America in the past ten years is that they took away those stringent socio-economic criteria that was applied to those of us who migrated back in the early 90s and 2000s. So it meant even criminals and social misfits, religious fanatics and scam artists have womed their way into the US and Canada exploiting the weak and lax immigration qualifiers. Greedy immigration consultants, lawyers and officials have contributed to the current chaos which is now irreversible.
3:45 correct , everything is pointed towards Indians not necessarily meaning Indians are at fault , its a toxic blame culture when people blame towards external factors when things go wrong. Indians are equally affected by inflation , unemployment - proof you see most delivery drivers out there are Indians. If there was nepotism here , you wouldn’t see so many Indians taking up uber. Problem is mass immigration and the government’s responsible for not being able to accommodate it. You don’t invite guests when your house is full. How is somebody sitting over in India dreaming of moving to Canada supposed to know what’s going on here? Plus these colleges run marketing campaign alongside immigration agents to allure young students into a fairytale Canadian dream.
Since you started a no go zone or a controversial topics, i have a good topic to discuss about majority of car accidents in this country are Chinese or asians, living in Canada for 35 years more than 50% are involved Chinese, so thought it is good one.
11:55 agreed , I don’t participate to the community where Indians dance all over Dundas , neither do I have a problem with that , but if people aren’t liking it, they should stop because it’s affecting other Indians.
I just watched your previous video and this one followed. I left a comment there and I am reproducing it here below and adding a little bit too: Canada is not the country with the most Indians. In fact, it is not even in the top 5. Try this. Use copilot and ask the breakdown of the Indian population in the top 10 countries of the world. This is what you get: 1. United States -- 8.9 million (2.6%) 2. United Arab Emirates -- 6.8 million (69%) 3. Malaysia -- 5.9 million (18%) 4. Saudi Arabia -- 5.1 million (15%) 5. Myanmar -- 4.01 million (7.5%) 6. United Kingdom -- 3.5 million (5.2%) 7. Canada -- 3.3 million (8.8%) Yes, in UAE, 69% of the population are Indians! They don't have a problem there. In fact, they prefer Indians over all the other South Asian. Why? Because they are competent, hard working and law abiding. And they are mostly from South India. The problem with Canada, is the Canadian government. They have been deliberately selecting the worst kind. And it is also incorrect to say Canada has an Indian problem. It is specifically a Punjabi Sikh problem. Since the new immigrants are mostly from that specific ethnic group in India. You are right to say they were fraudulently imported. Many can't even speak a word of English. Why is this happening? Seems to me that the powerful Canadian Sikhs in the Government are behind this selective importing of their least desirable people. It's unfortunate that your video only makes matters worse for the thousands of nonPunjabi Indians who have been here for a long time and are productive, law abiding members of the Canadian society. You mentioned in this video about the human trafficking colleges. All these colleges are owned and run by Canadians. These Canadians are operating this human trafficking racket. They extract large sums of money from these Punjabi students to push them over the border. Don't you think these Canadians too are to blame? I would put 90% of the blame to this mess to the current Canadian government. They need to sort it out.

@parmeship1778 but how are they thriving? That is what this debate is about. Thriving by being unethical and not assimilating to Canadian values, gets flagged as a valid concern, over and over again.
