If you know where this spot is (most people from Auckland would as it's one of the most well known fishing spots in the country), as I have said in the video, I do not recommend diving there unless you are a very experienced diver. I don't want people getting hurt. I think it is a good showcase of how Bronze whaler sharks can act in a well fished spot and people should understand what can happen in similar spots. There are much easier and safer places to dive around Auckland that produce the same quantity of fish. Good luck out there! Dive within your limits and dive safely. Cheers, Ollie.
Awesome video mate, its amazing to see what its like spearfishing abroad, NZ is on my list of places to visit. Big contrast to over here in the UK, there's no large predators to worry about like you boys. Keep them coming mate 👊
Awesome mission brother. Lol those sharks are well and truly on the hammer at the moment aye. Got heaps of shark action out Kawau couple weeks ago. Fortunately avoided the tax payment 🙏
@@olliecraig-primalpursuit Yeah me and my mate ran into to a very aggressive bronzie yesterday after cutting up some fish so got out of there quickly, good luck as well bro have a good Christmas

Love you videos , please keep making more! Such a good vibe to relax to after work and your music choices are so good! What is the song at the start of the video, it's amazing?
Hey mate, I'm sure it works. Personally I don't bother as less gear the better for me in my opinion, less stuff to get tangled etc. I like to keep it as simple as possible. Also we mainly only deal with Bronze whalers here so not a big issue. If I were in another country like Aussie or somewhere with plenty of whites/tigers/bulls then I might change my stance.
Try soup. Just boil a head for 40 minutes, drain the water, put whole onion into it and potatoes, cook for 10min, put salt and bay leaves, cook until potatoes ready and soup done.
Hey bro, what are your thoughts on sharkbanz and or shark shields for ya ankles? Im new to the waters and shit my undies a bit knowing theres sharks rampaging around
Hey mate I don’t like the idea of more stuff strapped to my body which could get tangled up etc. The more simple the setup the safer. Probably more risk of getting an extra tangle, stuck under water than having trouble with a shark (just my opinion)
