We know we've had some big moments missing from some of these edits. Unfortunately copyright has been a bit more intense then normal this past month and a half so our editor was a bit too aggressive. That being said we've communicated some of the major scenes missing y'all have communicated to us in the comments and our editor will be making sure those missing scenes get added to the full Harry Potter binge video once we wrap up all 8 movies and upload that binge. He also will be making a point to double check big moments for future uploads to avoid these missing moments in the future. If there's something big missing feel free to put it here so we can make sure we don't miss anything too important when we add some scenes back to the binge video in the coming weeks.
    Thank you for understanding Billy!

trust us we are the controversially aligned government that assumes rule over the world from the shadows of the Mugles.
We are not like the openly hostile forces of the Volder-cult; we seek peace where we remain on top of this corrupt menagary of imaginary rules.

In the book, when Voldemort is possesing Harry, he was having self exing thoughts. Because Sirius just died, he was in so much physical and mental pain he literally thought that dying at least will reunite him with his godfather again. And this sole thought, the love and the grieving Harry was feeling for Sirius, was SO STRONG that Voldemort, still in Harry's head, couldn't understand it and he backed out. He left Harry because he couldn't bare to be near something so big and strong as the love and the grieve Harry had. Wich is ironic, because in the last movie, Voldemort mocked Harry telling his Death Eaters how Lily's love sacrifice prevented him of touching her son, but because he used Harry's blood to regain his body he could "touch him now".
Yeah well, he can, but the moment Harry feels love, something so natural for him, Voldemort goes running away like a coward.
He can't and will never understand the power of love and that is Harry's biggest weapon against him.

There is a theory that Umbridge was... Well, let's say taken advantage of, by the centaurs, as they would often do such things when capturing human women in Greek mythology, but there is no indication that this happened in her case. Perhaps because, in the books at least, the centaurs view themselves as highly moral creatures, putting themselves even above humans in that regard, but there's never been an official answer on the matter.

    • @mentaya11

Out of all the many book to movie changes it is probably how the Weasley twins mess with Umbridge I miss the most. They turn a whole corridor near her office into a magical stink swamp that Umbridge can’t undo, and the other teachers refuse to get rid of it until the end of the book. They leave a small section of it there as a reminder of how impressive a piece of magic it was.
When they leave they school and let off all the fireworks, the fireworks are still going off a day later. They multiply when you try to banish them. They announce the opening of their store and promise discounts for stuff used to mess with Umbridge.
Umbridge tries to ban anything from their store, but it still gets through. Including Skiving snack boxes that make you vomit to get out of class. So Umbridge has her whole classes start vomiting.
A cut character Peeves the poltergeist, salutes them as the leave and promises to follow their example. When he tries to unscrew a chandelier to drop on Umbridge's head, McGonagall is overheard telling him it unscrews the other way.

10:55 "Brian" is an over 1 thousand year old name of Irish origin, translating to "noble" and "might".
It was made popular by the High King of Ireland of the 1002-1014, Brian Boru, from whom the surname O'Brian (meaning descendent of Brian) and its spelling variations of derived.
Yes, Conan O'Brien is a direct descendent of royalty.
The name "Percival" is equally as old, and comes from Celtic France, meaning "pierce the valley". It's almost always shortened to "Percy" nowadays.
"Wulfric" comes from England, IE Britain and Scotland, and is estimated to be a few centuries older, it translates to "wolf realm/power".
Dumbledore of has names of high nobility from 3 major powers of medieval Europe.
The name "Albus" dates back to Rome and simply means "white", and "Dumbledore" is an invented named that's just supposed to roll of the tongue like "bumblebee".

They didn’t want to introduce a new character whose sole purpose was to be a snitch. It was much easier for Cho to be the one to do it, albeit unintentionally. Also that line in book/movie 7 that didn't make it into the final cut, but you can see it on youtube: (SPOILER): "I don't think you're a waste of space". Considering who Dudley is, it may as well be him saying "I love you, cousin."

The problem with Snape is that he's taking out his trauma from his childhood on his bully's son. He's labaling Harry as James because he either can't or refuses to move on.
Edit and spoilers: Snape became a Death Eater because Lily didn't pick him which was 100% his fault. He was bullied as a child, but he still became a follower to Voldemort. At the sametime, Lily could have done so much better than James.
Also, imagine seeing your bully's son after 11 years and you instantly treat him like shit and wonder why he has no respect for you? Snape hates Harry because he's James' son but protects him because he's Lily's son, too.
Snape is a complex character, but I never understood why he was so liked by the fan base. To me, he's a man-child bully trying to take back power he never had when he was a student. Somehow, that makes him one of the greatest wizards. Like. No.

This movie's reaction was the best one by far. This movie and book , and the 3rd one were and will always be my favourite ones. The last ones are great too.
