The acromion, which is part of the scapula, is the top of the shoulder. When it is too curved it irritates the shoulder tendons, which are the rotator cuffs, and this rubbing can even result in rupture. A shoulder arthroscopy, carried out through small incisions using a camera to visualize the joint, repairs the tendon and rectifies the excessive rubbing. This operation enables the shoulder to recover mobility and power whilst sparing the other muscles. The pain disappears; recovery is easier.
Side effects and it's all patients need this surgical treatment what happens in future after this surgery I'm just 23 year old can I do all havy workout after this

@@beantsingh9679 Apologies. I just saw this. I wasn't put completely under with anesthesia and I could hear what was going on but I wasn't in pain. They numbed my whole arm and twisted it like a pretzel but I didn't feel anything.
It's been 3 months and I'm still healing. Just go slow and don't rush.

Had mine done about a month ago and I'm doing fine hate to say that after 2 weeks I did side jobs but everything was good I was just extra cautious of what I was doing healing process takes 3 to 6 months to heal completely
