It helped me. After awhile I noticed I wasn’t reaching for the pain cream as often. HOWEVER, note it takes about 4 to 8 weeks for relief to kick in. I started taking 2 along with 2 ginger caps (1000 mg) just for the heck of it. I noticed some relief weeks later. Then I read it takes that long to notice a difference so we have to be patient.

It is very good that you are making this natural food item popular as a supplement. We in India have been using this as an ingredient of our curries and rice based recipes from time immemorial. Ayurveda practised in India as an alternative to allopathy, talks a lot about Turmeric

Thank you for your very thorough and unbiased reviews. You certainly seem to be motivated, primarily by what is best for people who are struggling/suffering, and you do not appear to be on the take in any way, and that is so appreciated, especially these days when so many people have lost trust in the medical establishment. The medical establishment. I appreciate that. You even mentioned that the capsules are a choking hazard and the cap is not child resistant. That shows a whole lot of concern for the people who are watching your videos. That is not common anywhere else!
I doubled my intake of turmeric and curcumin recently. I appreciate that. You mentioned that it might take up to 3 months to notice any difference, and, with the downside being very minimal, I will definitely stick with it for a couple more months. Couple more months. I appreciate that you. Hope your patience will avoid surgery, no matter where they live. I live in Florida and I am extremely appreciative of your videos, especially the ones on spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis. Thank you for what you do.

I have a foot which hurts between the 2nd & 3rd metatarsals, I suspect a Morton’s Neuroma. Thought it could be a stress fracture. But the x-ray came back negative. Even so, until I started taking the Turmeric supplement at a therapeutic dose, I was not getting any relief. Now I am taking 2 Capsules 4 x’s a day. The pain has been much less. I am still taking an Ibuprofen also if I need it.
I am a 71 year old female, post menopause, and the neuroma, that is, if my guess is right, may have come about because though I am petite in comparison to other women as I am NOT obese like the majority of women, I exercise daily and walk 5-6 miles a day. I love it. I do have a wide foot so I am walking with flip flops so I have stopped compression the metatarsal bones and the nerve between the 2nd & 3rd metatarsals. I need the Podiatrist to help me solve the problem with a proper shoe or orthotic.
The pain was like a broken bone, thought I had a stress fracture. The x-ray did not show any fracture. So I’ve been also eating a lot of both beet greens and kale in addition to the 2 salads I eat daily. I am vegan and eat half my foods raw, I may have osteoporosis, and to see the Podiatrist, means a referral. If it weren’t for the pain relief of the turmeric, I’d be sitting in a wheel chair or using crutches. Being on Medicare rather sucks. Was not so bad when we has Kaiser Permanente, but it is not an available in Visalia, CA.
Turmeric really helped reduce the pain and swelling. I am also applying ice packs at least 3 x’s daily.

Dr. David, thanks for all these great tips on Knee OA/ cartilage. I have no cartilage in my left knees, and right knees barely have any. My problem is. I was a trainer, exercise a lot. Took all the natural supplements I needed for health and fitness. I had an accident in 2019, and this is when all this problem started. I have been in severe pain. Through all of this, as I age, the arthritis has gotten worse. I used to walk 4-8 miles a day, with work and exercise. Right now, I'm not even able to walk 15 minutes. I do all of your exercises online. I do have sciatica to right hip and left knee. I have to drag it because I can't bend it due to the excessive pain. What else can you suggest that I'm not doing correctly. I can’t find anyone who has helped me get to the bottom of this health problem.
I used to live in Midland TEXAS and come to elpaso 2 x a year, but lately, I can't even sit for more than 5 minutes on the right cheeks.
Thank you for all your help and support with all the information you provide. I wish there were more physical therapists and Dr. Who know what they are doing.

I put off back surgery for 6 years then I had a sling motion and disc ruptured so bad that because it wrapped around the spinal cord didn't show. I was accused of searching for pain meds. It got bad enough until a CNA stayed 10 hours a day while my husband worked for 6 weeks. She took me to the neurosurgeon I had worked with 6 years before in a wheelchair and face to face I told him the shape I was in. When he operated he was afraid compression had been on too long. I ask for some pain med the next morning and I ask what was ordered and found he had it all covered with so many different meds and doses. He came by to see if I was ok I stood up it was gone!! The disc was huge. Size of a dough roller marble. Mostly we take out tiny strands like crab meat or little floaty pieces. I did all the exercises to strengthen my core then 2 years later I was riding public transit in a side seat nothing to hold on to and she was taking corners over many roads through out town city limits and that slinging ruptured it to point he wanted to know if I was hurting as bad. That was the Thursday after the MRI that he wanted to k on how I got it ordered. Funny story but he said he was glad and he was operating Saturday while he was on call. Get an MRI just to be sure that it is something you can take care of. Epidural blocks can shrink protruding disc's and need 2 of them 2 weeks apart by a proven anesthesiologist. I am now using castor oil packs to try to dissolve bone spurs and taking glucosamine chondrotin with turmeric and MSM. 3 CAPSULES A DAY. I SAW HOW IT HELPED MY 90 YEAR OLD DADDY WITH HIS K ERS. I SO USE FRANKENSENCE OIL FROM VITALITY EXTRACTS. JUST A DROP OR 2 ON MY HIP JOINT AND PAIN IS GONE IN 10 SECONDS. UNREAL!! PINEAPPLE HELPS INFLAMMATION. ALL THE BEST 👍

Get Frankensence oil pure 100% from Vitality Extracts. I am amazed at how it stops the pain. 1st use took 6 drops now just 2 because my skin is so soft. Honestly pain is gone as soon as put on. Pain pills can not touch this pain. I am an R.N. waiting on a hip replacement.

Also try Compression Castrol compresses to dissolve bone spurs if that's your issue. I do that. Make sure you have good vit d levels. Take D3 with k to protect vessels according to what you need. I take 500mg...boost immune system too

    Hi Dr David
Thanks so so much for your hip arthritis videos. I've started doing the exercises and am very hopeful it will help my pain. I want to get one of the supplements you recommend. I watched both videos for the glucosamine chondroitin and the tumeric curcumin. Which do you recommend more? I'm 45 and my chiro said that the x-ray showed degenerative arthritis in my hip that was very rare in people my age. Thank you.

The same for me. I took it for a year. Nothing. Exercise only helps a lot.
