I am Mongolian but for some reason, I am so spiritually connected to this song. I cannot hold my tears when I listen to this song yet I feel so much peace and empowerment from listening to this. It no doubt deserved Oscar but it is unfortunate that sometimes choosing the Oscar award winner is somewhat political.
