I've seen a video of One More Cup of Coffee for the Road elsewhere. I think they're so well suited to just about any of the 60's folk artists. They do some beautiful Leonard Cohen covers, and I'd love to hear them tackle something by Neil Young - maybe Don't Let it bring you Down, or perhaps Alabama. Their perfect harmonies could really add something special to his songs.
They are way better than any of the cookie cutter sh$t on the radio. Why would they play so much disingenuous, soulless music when the covers these girls do are so much more honest and true?
Sadly that's what sells to the masses, it's easy to understand and easy to sell to a wide market. Luckily music lovers have all this beautiful stuff to enjoy!
