Hey @mitsiguy those tyres would needed a lot of heat to warrant understeer on a Hwy, like a fark load of heat.
Have you tried a temp gauge to see what they are holding after say 40 minutes on a concrete hwy?
I come from performance cars world and have tried the most expensive to the cheapest I can buy to fit my rim sizes and on tract days where I flog each tyre to melting point in some cases,
For a truck type tyre to be a point of understeer on the hwy due to heat really blows my mind.
I ask this as I am currently looking at buying some for my Ranger, and I do a shit load of hwy driving on concrete

No I havnt done heat test, I am no tyre expert just making observations. So far I have no complaints it was the price that got me have to if t h at only lasted half as long as a name brand tyre I figured I was still ahead, I was able to buy 5 tyres for way less than 4 top brand ones

Thanks for the vid and reply, I am currently tossing up between the hybrid Nitto ridge grapplers at $450 a tyre or these good ride SL at $170 a tyre.
Obviously the $280 saving says go for it, though I tyres are what do save you in that 1 moment you really need them to.
After your vid, I think I'll give the good ride a crack.
      Cheers

@@HgHgHgHgHgHgHgHg everything in life is about balance, the trade off between noise and cost is one of those for me. Are these tyres value for money? That I am yet to find out I will be continuing to review these tyres every 10000km or so , I will have to wait and see. Please come back and check my channel for that. If they last and provide good traction then I have saved $200 per tyre if they don't last no great loss and I will put my opinion out, and It is just that 'my opinion', I am no tyre expert just a fellow 4wd enthusiast with not a huge budget trying to help others in same boat, if I had all the money I too would be running bf Goodrich or Mickey Thompson etc. Have a great day
