I can't do Budget phones that aren't Samsung or LG (Before their Phone dept. Gave up)... Motorola when it comes to Budget phones, really just feel too under powered... Now. I'll take their Edge+ over the S2x Ultra any day.
I had the moto G stylus (2020) for nearly 4 years before I finally dropped it one too many times and needed a replacement. This probably isn't the best phone I could have gotten for the price tag, but I was in a pinch and Best Buy had it. I don't game on my phone and I'm not much of a shutterbug, usually I just snap pics to remember critical information. Ironically the most use I get out of my phone is with the screen off, whether it's listening to stuff, making calls, or using the nifty chop-flashlight feature, so this phone suits my needs just fine. One OS upgrade is pretty bad, and I don't see myself using this phone for as long as I did my last one, but I'll hold on for a couple years while watching the AI tech in phones mature. My next phone will definitely be a flagship, I've fasted long enough with budget phones to feel entitled to a little splurging.
Because I'm on disability sadly I'll never get to have a flagship but I'm upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy A54 5g. Through cricket for 59.99 . I'm happy id love the Samsung Galaxy s24 ECT but I'll never be able to afford it
As far as multitasking goes, how well does it do? If Motorola had put an OLED display on this, I do believe it would’ve been the complete package for a budget phone. Mediatek Dimensity processors are getting really good and the 1050 in the Edge 2022(non plus model) was good at handling anything. That 1050 would keep up with the iPhone 11 to put it into context which is good for an Android device. But the Edge 2022 had a very vibrant pOLED display and the only upgrade on the G Power 24 is Android 14 out of the box. This phone is very tempting because I believe even without an OLED display, it probably still has better performance than most of the Samsung A series phones.
I would love to see some more Motorola G Play 2024 vids bro cuz planning to get that phone (a camera test would be GREAT). Great video though as always💯🔥

I have both phones and the moto g power wins in my book you have ip52 rating on it unlike nothing at all on the n30 the dimensity 7020 is more powerful than the snapdragon 695 the cameras are so much better than the n30 and the speakers are the same

I got this phone last week with cricket they offering it for FREE yes completely FREE if u transfer your number form another carrier. I brought my number from T-Mobile and got this phone free..I had a Samsung s23 . And HONESTLY this phone ain't bad at all . I never play phones on any of my phones if I didn't do it on the s23 which was totally capable of running heavy intense games I'm not gonna do it on this phone. Anyways like I said this moto works perfectly fine for everything else I can have multiple apps open at the same time Whatsapp, Tik Tok, Instagram and playing Google music in the background and no lag at all. Honestly I can't complain phone works great and I got for free with cricket it can't get better than that .
These phones are good for a first phone for kids. It's cheap and if they break it no problem. I can't see an adult using this phone for daily driver, I would never put my bank information or bank cards on this phone. Your not going to see many security updates. I also wouldn't do any business transactions on this phone. Same reason no up to date security.
