How are expats treated in Mexico? In my experiences outside of the tourist areas expats and foreigners are treated extremely well in places like Mexico City and other main Mexican cities.

Guadalajara has better women but CDMX has much more options tourism wise. Personal I'd go to GDL as I've already done most the tourist stuff in Mexico but can't go wrong with ethier one
