just start off at 25% speed. you'd be surprised how fun it is to play epic songs at slow speed. then eventually some day you slowly go to 50%, 75% and 100%.
if 25% is too fast then either get the tabs and practice very slowly or you can screenshot each segment and paste them together.

it even speeds up as it progresses
just as an added thing i noticed, the speed up at the end is actually done digitally by vulfpeck. meaning joe dart may not be able to play that fast.
but nate can.
Yeah, Joe Dart uses a downward slap technique so it would be impossible to slap at that tempo at the end without double thumbing unless your wrist moves at 100 km/h or you're flea

Definitely!! Bass boosted tracks always sound better to me, but it's not that. Nathan's a tremendous musician that can make any song sound great

How do you get your bass tone to cut through the mix on phone speakers? I keep trying to do it and it sounds weak compared to yours. I add saturation, eq, etc, but can’t get it right
