That's my favourite 'thosai,' 'vadai,' with coconut 'chutney' and mixed vegetables dhal gravy. A wonderful breakfast, lunch or even dinner. You have prepared it all with such expertise. First time, I got to see the inside of your house. You have everything so neatly arranged. Your are a very good house keeper too. I admire your talent, ability and sheer hard work. You do all your work in a calm and gentle manner. My grandmother used to tell my mother, my aunties, my siblings and to me, that when a woman works in a calm manner even when there are loads of work, the work would finish well and her calmness would invite angels into the house. The house and family would be blessed with good health, longevity, sufficient wealth, peace and happiness. You manage your household in that manner. What I mostly like about ur vedio is that u use earthern mud pots for everything. Grinding on stone instead of mixer, less oil, everything fruits n vegetables r organic, n ur delicious amazing cruzine,resipes n cooking of various types of food. Like in d ancient times.
