I always found my caces coming away from my my cupcake I have tryid lots and lots of recipes but your is the best and them little tips you give brilliant thank you so much 👍
Hi I have tried so many fancy recipes from other cupcake ‘experts’ and none have turned out right - I was beginning to think it was me then I tried your recipe and they were PERFECT and such easy accessible ingredients too !! I have also just made your buttercream recipe and that too has turned out perfectly! You are a life saver ! Now for the Russian icing tip session - wish me luck 🙂🙂
I gave this a go and the cupcakes were so light and fluffy! Thank you so much. The tops were a little darker compared to the images but not burnt. Once the icing was on it, they were amazing. Now, I just need to learn how to make really good, thick icing 🤭
Yes you can definitely add flavours to this recipe and its best to add at the end. I like to add chocolate chips . Lemon is one of my favourites...try adding the zest of 3 lemons to the cake batter (you can make a syrup out of the lemon juice by mixing with 100g sugar and brush this over the warm cupcakes for added lemon flavour and moistness).
You know, I have a VERY hard time hearing her, even with my volume all the way up. Also, it is every one of her videos, not just this one. I thought that perhaps it was just me but apparently some others cannot hear her either? I do wish she would adjust her recording volume so that her videos would come through a bit louder.
Have you ever faced a situation while making egg cupcakes, the cupcakes releases from the cake liner.... And sometime they become soo soft and spongy that just by holding the cupcake for decorations the liner starts too peal off, what could be the reason?
the video is called Whats wrong with my cupcake from CupcakeJemma. She explains with examples and that is so helpful, at least for me, I am a visual learner, but ger explanations are on point
@@immanoctopus thank you so much hun, for your reply I have watched her video its definitely helpful but I realised I kinds underbaked them.... Also as per my experience the baking time and colour also depends on the recipe
You could try making three quarters of the recipe which would involve three large eggs. But you would need to adjust the rest of the ingredients aswell. Hope this helps
May I make a few suggestions? Your sound is really low even with my volume is all the way up. (I find this with all of your videos.) Perhaps you could adjust that? Also, to complete the recipe, maybe put the complete instructions along with the ingredients? Baking temperature (in Fahrenheit, as well) and baking times? I am not criticizing, just merely suggesting. Never know...it might get you some more viewers, subscribers, and likes!!
Thank you for making all your recipes so simple and understanding 👍🏻
This is the perfect cupcake recipe . My little one and I have used it numerous times and it has never failed us. Thank you 😊
That's so lovely to hear, happy baking!

You are welcome!
Your recipes r so easy to follow. Thanku for sharing
My pleasure 😊
Would Meadowlea original spread work as well?
for how long did you mix?
Do you prefer self raising flour or selfmade selfraising flour by putting baking powdwr in to your flour with the right measurements?
Either should work perfect!
How do I prevent a crunchy top !?
Can you add flavours to this recipe ? Can you recommend any and at which point to add ? Xx

We do not have self-raising flour. May I use all purpose flour or cake dlour instead? Please help me.Thank you.
Hi - I think you should be fine to substitute with all purpose flour but add some extra baking power - perhaps add an additional teaspoon
@@bluepixiecupcakes3572 thanks!
Whers that milk

I recebtly watched a video about this. you might be under or overmixing the batter, or the butter you are using might be too hard(cold) or too soft

How many large eggs do I need for just 12 cupcakes?
