ABOUT TO MAKE THIS, I'LL EDIT MY OPINIONS AND THOUGHTS WHEN I EAT THEMM 🫡 (11/27/2024) Edit: okay, so I made TWO different batches with the same dough. I made the dough, and cut it in half -With the first half, I made cookies WITHOUT putting it in the fridge. The cookies came out really good, but they were super pale, and for a while, I got really scared about eating them, but they weren't bad at all, however, I got really sick of the sweet taste. They spread out perfectly, had a nice shape, and overall, it was a decent cookie. With how I made it, I would rate it a 7/10 -With the second half, I let it rest in the fridge overnight, and made the bath the exact same way the next day, and when I took it out of the oven, the spreading was a little akward. They didnt really deflate, they kind of stuck with a fluffier ballooney type of shape, but I just used a cup to flatten them out. THIS BATCH CAME OUT AMAZING. even my family grabbed seconds! (they never eat what I make because im 15 so they dont trust what I make bc they think im not sanitary... ???) But they came out really good. had an AMAZING taste, not cakey, and it's like I could never get sick of the taste. With my attempt at this batch, I would say its a 9/10 Overall, this recipe is a MUSTTTT and GOD it's hard to mess this up. RUNNN TO YOUR KITCHEN AND TRYYY!!! (11/29/2024)

These were great; I sprinkled some flaky sea salt on top before baking because the batter tasted a little sweet and I think it worked really well!

the scoop is 1.5 tablespoons! you can also use a regular spoon to scoop out the dough and then roll it out with your hands!

hey! i believe that lessening the amount of flour may allow it to spread more, so that it’s not as muffiny, as well as not over mixing.
