I think there's one thing missing: a player can't have more than 5 seals, that's why the player board has those faded seals on top to hold them.
(there's a chance I just didn't catch it if you did mention it)

I think you mistaken taking the meeples at 23:16 and even before. You took a Warrior and placed it in the space of the garden. The bottom row seems to be Warriors due to the sword symbol.
Anyway it's a minor mistake but thank you Nithrania for all your work you put into these wonderful tutorials! Thank you!

You made a mistake at set up. If the cards in the castle show the exact same dark background action, return those cards go their decks, shuffle them again and deal out new cards. You have the same dark action at your castle.
In my manual it says 'if all the cards have the same dark background action then x". Not all the cards show the same action right?
@@michieltummers1303 i saw a video on the devir channel talking about the set up. They said it there. I will recheck that
@@HALOX30 might be only the bottom row of the castle ☺️ it is a bit ambiguous imo but I do think you are right. I'm just devil's advocate here 😏
Hello, it says if ALL the cards in the castle show the exact same action... so the setup here is correct. :)
