- Hey everyone welcome back to my channel I hope your all well
As you know I've been having some building work going on so it's been I bit disruptive to film videos (annoying tbh) and now the building work has moved down to my studio and because of the dogs we've had to fence off my studio so they don't go near it before it's ready which means I've not been able to get in my studio and film 😩😩
But then there was rain woohoo so the builders were rained off and I had a chance to film (finally)
In my previous video I had some comments on how I make clusters so I thought I'd do a video on how I prep plan and produce them it's a hefty video but I really didn't want to split it up into videos......
You'll definitely need some snacks and a drink for this one 😂

I love your clusters. They are realy pretty.
I'v made quite a few fabric clusters.
The ones that i made are all floral and very colorful. I didnt think to make any tone on tone ones, or geometric ones like you did. Now I've git to make some like that.
In 2000, I was gifted, maybe between 10 and 20 (maybe more The cargo compartment of my Blazer was full) upholstery fabric sampel books of different sizes. I've used and used them and surprisingly, I still have some of them. I cut off the part that has paper glued on it to stableize it. I used that as the base of my culsters. They worked out to be perfect for that.
I just counted them yesterday, and there are about 50 of them. I also made 3 on playing cards, one on a piece of sand paper, and a couple on pieces of cardboard that I took off the top layer.
They're really pretty.
I also like to have the supplies all ready to use on my desk.
I don't throw away the wipes or papertowels that I've used to clean up. I use them in the clusters as they are usually very colorful.
I love having all of the pretty clusters when they are all done. Sometimes I just want to horde them and enjoy them. I look at them and say " Did I really make such pretty pieces ?"

I just placed some cheesecloth in a cup of cooled coffee. Worked beautifully! Love your clusters

I was inspired by you, so I took my little fish tail punch out and dusted it off along with my pile of papers that I used to "stamp off" on. OMG! They are gorgeously random. I love them so much!!!! Thank you for the slump booster!!!!!

I enjoyed this so much you inspired my weekend. I've dyed paper & cheesecloth, inked anything that stood still long enough ☺ stamped paper scraps washi taped them. Distressed those pink washi tapes hiding at the back of the draw. My scrap tray is so much lighter love these hints and Oh those clusters are wonderful.

I actually purchased some little round sandpaper disks to put on my wooden daubers because I love the old weathered look you showed us how to get with it. I finally got a fish tail punch as well. Your clusters are divine! You have such a good eye for it. I need a "Making Clusters" playlist.

Miss Toni, I was wondering where you were. I can understand about the noise. I love your cluster making and you have so much talent and I love watching you create. I thought it was funny when you chipped a nail and used your sanding disc to fix it 😂. You keep me entertained with your voice change when you say you like it a lot and many other phrases and snickety laugh and other sound effects. And your videos aren't too long (😂), I love 💖 them. Hi Toni. Thanks for the video. The black zig zag stickery die cut looks familiar but after searching i can’t work out which one you have used? My two border collie girls were having a good woof in response to your boys! Hope the building work goes ok. Had four months of that 2 years ago when we revamped the kitchen and bathroom. I love these clusters. When you were looking through the bin and you were asking (yourself) what would look good, I was yelling at you, the measuring tape. It would have looked awesome there as well, But ours turned out fabulous. also i loved the black open circles at the top at 58:56 I think it looked perfect across the top there. But im glad u chose the stitching in the end. Where does that stitching come from? Is it a diecut? I need to know!!! 1:00:03
