Saying you won't play black women parts, is not saying no to a specific skit. He told them ahead he wasn't going to do that, and they needed to hire black women. They didn't say "Hey Keenan in this skit....." and he said "No, I'm not going to do that skit". It's pretty clear who has the reading comprehension problem.
