The price of houses in Dublin is high, and there is a certain demographic that can afford to buy there. In the 50s & 60s, sociologists referred to suburb migration as "White Flight". Today, it could be termed as "White & Asian Flight." School districts along the East Bay will see declining enrollment and more sinking proficiency test results. A snapshot of reality: look up Oakland Unified School District - of their 35,000 students they list 90 percent of them as minorities. Not saying that opening a new high school in Dublin is a bad thing - in fact it's a good thing. And you can bet that Dublin will not eliminate AP courses like San Francisco did (in the name of educational and grade equity). We need to see the forest through the trees; some long-term policies are cancerous to our society.
An actual citizen kids going there or just illegal aliens
