    Videos like this are in great need. The manufacturer is very reluctant to give any sort of repair, or additional instruction on adding features. I was told, I must go to my DME provider, we don't provide that kind of information to our "patients" . I don't know about other end users of their products, I don't take too kindly to being talked down to. I for one would like to see an entire series of videos, on simple repairs, and the addition of accessories, and added features. You're an awesome company. Companies like Numotion, and National Seating & Mobility, would like to see you fail...

    Great video.. but it does help a lot when you loosen or take the control box off its way easier bro get to all the cables!

      I was wondering the same thing as I watched the video. Is that a viable option to take the control box off?
      Also, where can I get the assistant controller and splitter?

      It is easier to pull the 2 screws and get to the cables

    Thanks for the video. Do I always need a splitter, or only when I already have joystick and iaccess connected?

      Only when you are adding an attendant control

      @@Marcsmobility Thanks for the answer. So if I only have a qlogic 3 joystick and I want to add iaccess, I don't need a splitter?

      If you have 2 of these you wouldn't need a splitter, it you had all 3 you would need one.

    Can you tell me where to get the bus splitter you used in the video.

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  9 месяцев назад

      You would need the mount and the splitter. That would be around $250. We would need a serial number to the unit to make sure of the cost as well as before ordering. If you need the attendant control as well, we could get that to you for an additional $250. If you'd like to order one, you can give us a call at 800-677-6293 and we can order you one shipped to your door.

    When you do the update, is that via wifi (internet) or just internally?

    • @Marcsmobility

      So you would need to go into a mobility store in your area and have them hook up a programmer to the unit and update the firmware. Hope this helps!

      Not sure I understand. The joystick in the video said “New Software Available” “Begin Update”. The update installed automatically by itself. There was no programmer hooked up to it. Why would you have to hook up a programmer and what exactly is a programmer? Is that a proprietary device that only a wheelchair mobility store has. Please explain. Thank you
