I am confused. some of your videos talk about a 8" and 7" lift but quantum's website only mentions eye level.
The VA has ordered my one of Quantum chairs but I am not sure sure which one. I think it is the edge 3. The therapist said it would have the ability to lift but did not call it eye level, nor did he say how high it would lift. he also said it would auto tilt and lift or extend my legs but the chair would be the standard chair? Like I said I am a bit confused watching your videos didn't clear things up and the quantum website made my confusion worse because when looking at the seating and position systems it seems that the chair you get is dictated by the system that is chosen. I did get to choose the faded glory as the color. and he said it had a 300lbs capacity Maybe that dictates which model it is?
as I remember The one they had me try out look like the standard Edge 3 but did not have tilt or raising ability because it was just for showing and testing purposes only. Can you help clear this up a bit for me. Thank you.

So the iLevel wheelchairs have the seat lift of 12". You will see a sticker on the back of some stating that the chair is iLevel compatible which means it does not have the 12" lift but could be installed. If you end up getting the 8" lift that is not the iLevel but you may end up having the other functions of the chair such as the tilt, recline and/or legs which sounds like the one you are going to be getting. Hope this helps!
