I know a caregiver from Southeast Asia who worked as a care giver in Japan. There are times she was asked to work for 16 straight hours, so she finally had enough after two years and head back home.

As a caregiver who lived in Japan for 6 years, everything you said was incredibly accurate 😭😂

Sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying. The issues facing the US and Japan with their aging populations is dire. Caregivers are not paid enough to do the hard work of caring for elderly and often fragile people. In addition to making people laugh, I hope your comedy brings awareness to these kinds of issues. Keep up the good work.

He now lives in Japan, and I hope to visit him and see Japan for the first time.

Height (under 5.6 = 173cm), Weight, Age, Facial, Racial, and steady pay don't matter as long as they have to work together to survive and start a family.
In modern times, Full-time jobs include stable pay with job security, which is hard to come by while inflation increases. Japanese people will end up working two part-time jobs and have to work 6-7 days to cover 1 month's cost of living & food.

In conclusion in Japan if you over 65 either you become dementia or become papa-katsu. Either you being care given by young people or being care giver for young girl LOL

Business expense are important with dislocated worker legal rights. The Department of Health and Human Services with the Surgeon General admit to this policy of the work environment. I am happy to help. "Dou itashimashite" (English: Your Welcome) @@Meshida
