- It's the final episode of our Day in the Life with the Champ. As the clock winds down and his fight becomes closer, the crew settles down to watch the Wilder vs Ortiz 2 fight. They catch back up in the morning to get together Andy's last things and take him to the airport for his flight to Saudi Arabia. Catch Andy on December 7th defending his belts against Anthony Joshua. (To all): Bruh Ruiz got more heart and balls than Joshua. Joshua had to switch up the traditional heavyweight boxing style to his "jab-clinch-stay outside" style. Honestly, that's smart when trying to get points for a couple rounds. However, to do that the whole fight, that's not what a champion does. In order for Joshua to solidify his status as a man and true champion, he's got to beat ppl at their own game.
Now for Ruiz, he didn't get explosive as the first fight, he got complacent. I know this loss hurt him real bad. He needs to improve on his movement and adjust to the different style fighters as well. He's so used to going toe to toe with people that he never needed to switch up his game.
This was a good learning experience for Ruiz, now this will drive him more. We'll see what happens in the future for both fighters.

I just wish the best for Andy Ruiz Jr. He seems to be a nice guy but a little bit naive about finances. He should hire a proven financial advisor! Money tends to fly in a way that you don't realize how fast. The FIRST thing he should do is create a TRUST for his kids, so college will be on the horizon for them. SECOND: don't buy a mansion, he does NOT need one; property taxes on BIG houses are money bleeders, just ask Evander Holyfield. THIRD: Set another amount of funds for retirement with Non-risky stocks. FOURTH: Get rid of all those LEECHERS that distract him and make him lose focus. FOURTH: Put some money aside in a bank locked in for 5 years. And last but NOT least, create a company that manages your product, ie - ANDY RUIZ JR. LLC (Limited Liability Company). You can deduct a lot of taxes from a company where its product is ANDY RUIZ JR. There are other pieces of advice I could give, but those ones have worked for me so far. GODSPEED, Andy!
