First and foremost, thankfull you all are doing well. I am curious on two things. Did you consider at all a Super C ? Where did you purchase your Class A from? The whole RV industry is crashing right now. Even the high end RVs are still having issues getting chasis as well as other components. Most manufactures have layed off atleast 1/3 of there work force. Several will have 3 - 6 weeks off at Christmas. Lippert has been trying to go to more robotic welding instead of paying for skilled welders.
I pray your 2023 will be better.

Sorry, y’all had to go through it. It is tough. We also know about being treated the way you were. It is disheartening. Most of us don’t have high expectations, we just want our homes fixed and move on down the road. It seems that it becomes a big inconvenience to these manufacturers to assist on something like that. Y’all have a great rest of the year, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Stay safe and healthy, that is what matters most of all.

Aron,. After looking at the stress cracks that Dave had on his frame. I can't believe that Lipert doesn't put more gussets on the frame area around the deck set. I used to build trailers and on 5th wheels we Allways added an additional gusset by the area that supports the deck area.
It may pass there engineering spectrum but over time that area is a major flex point.
We are still in the build process of our HDT and I have been trying to get the weight on it instead of the trailer.

it took me a while to get caught up with all your posts and last night I got to this post. the one where you had to replace your brakes and brake drums, had me sleepless tonight. you had two break drums on different sides and different axles. hear me out on this angle I am thinking about what might have happened. the different axles and sides had me thinking this, something similar had to happen and these are just my thoughts and in no way this may not happened. you had the brake pads replaced when you bought the rig and it just might of the tech had trouble getting the drums off and they are suppose to hit the drum with a rubber mallet and that may not have worked to loosen the drums and they use overkill to loosen them by using a small 3 lb hammer and cracked the drums and did not catch it at that time. whether he used the hammier taking them off or putting them on may just have done the dirty deed. I am not going to bet a years salary on this but I have seen the brake shop in my town use a carpenter's hammer to loosen pickup truck drums. you will never prove this but it is just an idea
