You are right, people do watch how I eat, some will comment(some are not very nice) but others just watch and notice and I never push how I eat on anyone and I give support to family members and friends in whatever they are trying but unless they ask for my advice or input I do not push because it never works. What I think works better is being a living example of eating right and being active

doug i am coming onto this lifestyle from a past of restriction, gaining weight i know overtime my metabolism will adapt, how will i get rid of the extra fat on me ? i eat 10g fat a day
Blue Zoners look better and live longer -- they eat meat 5 times per month (on avg) at 2oz per. They seldom eat eggs or dairy -- however, among the longest living Blue Zoner males (the Sardinians) they do eat a bit of peccorino cheese and rough two glasses of Cannanou wine (very high resveratrol). No blue zoner anywhere eats high fat. All Blue Zoners are 95% Vegan and most of their calories come from cook food. They don't perform exercise outside of lifestyle (save Okinawan blue zoners who practice something akin to Tai Chi) -- all Blue Zoners live on hills or walk hills daily and most all Blue Zoners get their hands in the soil every day (they garden).
