- Another fantastic Barry Manilow song, I Made It Through The Rain was released in November 1980. I'm playing this very softly in the key of F Major and I'm feeling the song as I play. I take it up the two key changes to G Major and then A Major for the last chorus and with an ending that incorporates "Looks Like We Made It". I've always loved the way Barry plays piano and builds emotions in his songs, and I hope I have done this song justice. Hope you like it.

Wow, thank you! I really appreciate your response to my songs. I've seen Barry Manilow perform in concert so many times that I'm more familiar in my mind with the way he performs these songs live than on the original recordings. That chord at 2:05 is used live - and I just LOVE it, as is the 'Looks Like We Made It' at the end - so it was Barry that came up with that and not me lol. If you haven't seen him perform, next time you have a chance, you should. He's an excellent showman - and his band is amazing, as are the arrangements. Thanks again for the kind words.

Love this version! Would you be able to make a new one with a very long outro? On the album version there is a few second instrumental outro. I would love to hear a longer outro for at least 30-45 seconds. Thanks for consideration.

I think it’s a Twitch thing cause I did a live on there yesterday, and it cut 2-3 times, not because of network or anything.
Yeah it’s frustrating. I will try again tomorrow with the levels taken down as I did have some distortion. I may try Streamlabs with RUclips in the week.
