My favourite new cop ability is cops actually stacking up and forming up behind/around shields.
Yeah cops having ACTUALLY good tactics instead of just being a huge funnel of meat is so nice. Definitely a massive step up in enemy AI
yea, shields also barricade doors and the cops around will flash it before they go in. Had it happen to me when I was chilling in the stair well waiting for them to breach. Was really cool but they flash to the side (so as not to flash themselves I guess) but was very easy because of the way the stairwell was built lmao
@@bl00d12 And I've noticed they seem to group up before breaching a room as a squad, even if it sometimes leads to them becoming a conga line of headshots.

The shield being able to ram into you and stun you for a few seconds is a really cool ability they gave to that special unit.
Oh yeah, the witchcraft was cool I guess.
You can bait the shield bash by just moving to the side and then shooting them.
The shield one bashing you was really cool
It looks cool watching it, however losing control of your character as it goes into that animation gets old real fast when playing the game.

i was thinking that payday 3 felt a bit too polished (payday 2 jank was half the game, like cmon) but this clip has fully restored my faith in the game
even with all the new shiny bells and whistles, it's still payday at its core
that one cop just vanished in the wall
They even ported the bugs from the Diesel engine to Unreal!
a really common bug I saw was cops contorting as they were climbing down the thermite hole
dang, they got super powers now
They actually first implemented this kind of tech in Payday 2, but only after they were sufficiently ragdolled. Looks like GenSec finalized it.
