I know I'm late to comment. My 96 year old grandfather just passed and today he was laid to rest at the National cemetery. Quite honestly probably the hardest day of my life as I was raised by my grandparents. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family. Blessings to the couple and prayers for your grandmother.

I was at home crying my eyes out because I tested positive for Covid the day before the wedding.😭 My sister FaceTimed with me for the ceremony so that I didn’t have to miss everything. I was heartbroken.

My daughter had a dessert reception for her wedding. I had 9 months to collect all the dessert plates and trays. It was fun visiting thrift and antique shops for beautiful cake stands and trays. The wedding was on June 3 and the temperature were in the high 90’s. Thank goodness we had an old barn to keep the food in and set up tables to get out of the sun. It all turned out well.
Sundowners is a real thing. Can start right before sunset and last till sun up. When older folks are not in their usual living arrangements like a hospital, it just throws everything off. PLEASE have your mom tested for a bladder infection!! This can also cause dementia type symptoms that are like sundowners. If there should be undiagnosed bladder infection because only focused on mental symptoms, it can go septic quickly which is a very sad outcome. I had a high school friend who succumbed to this scenario. Heartbreaking. One UTI test earl on would have saved her life. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for your grandma and peace of mind and presence of Holy Spirit in her room. You all have done an amazing job. I did see. Insta gram pictures. You made it!! You all pulled it off!!
When I got married 1 of our groomsmen thanked us for choosing a buffet. He said it took so much stress off. There were like 3 other couples. They chose restaurants and had menus. He said ours helped with that.

I had a lot of serious gut issues that were finally healed by going ketovore (almost completely carnivore, but I eat eggs, butter, fish, and yogurt as well.) I also healed my brain fog and my Hashimotos. The anti-nutrients in plants and grains is what I can no longer tolerate. Good luck!

Luckily it happened while we were all inside and I didn’t find out about it until the next day. Hopefully, the rains came at a convenient time!
I got married in Florida 9/25/1993 they expected rain all day. I couldn't sleep for days before the wedding. It didn't rain until the next day when we were in an airplane taking off for our honeymoon. I said prayers of gratitude for that whole next year. Isn't it supposed to be good luck if you have rain on your wedding day? God bless you all. Enjoy every second. Remind the bride to eat.

Love and prayers for your grandma. I know what you mean my gran was really sharp and was always extremely intelligent! She too fell and sadly broke her left hip and her left arm and while she was in hospital she was a different person. Hers was down to pain relief as well. When she moved into a care home she just didn’t want to be here anymore and refused all food and fluids and medication, she just kept saying it’s my time I’m ready to go back to grandad that’s all I want. She passed peacefully and they’ve been reunited but those months she was in hospital were so damaging to my gran personally. So excited for the wedding and I hope they’re now a happily married couple and having a fun start to marriage now the weddings over xx
FLY SWATERS!!!! We got 2 Electric (battery operated)fly swaters. They work great!!! You just Wave them around and they zap this little suckers!!😂😂😂. Everyone loves to use them so there’s never any flys!😂
We actually purchased indoor fly zappers and oh my goodness they have been amazing. You hear the zip the zip zip all the time but by all means it's so wonderful not to have flies. We also have a homestead with cows, goats chickens you name it

Love and prayers for your grandma. I know what you mean my gran was really sharp and was always extremely intelligent! She too fell and sadly broke her left hip and her left arm and while she was in hospital she was a different person. Hers was down to pain relief as well. When she moved into a care home she just didn’t want to be here anymore and refused all food and fluids and medication, she just kept saying it’s my time I’m ready to go back to grandad that’s all I want. She passed peacefully and they’ve been reunited but those months she was in hospital were so damaging to my gran personally. So excited for the wedding and I hope they’re now a happily married couple and having a fun start to marriage now the weddings over xx

We actually purchased indoor fly zappers and oh my goodness they have been amazing. You hear the zip the zip zip all the time but by all means it's so wonderful not to have flies. We also have a homestead with cows, goats chickens you name it
