Hey! I do a lot of that by feel, however, a good starting point on the LPR is 3 turns out and the HPR about 3.5 or so. Then press the bolt pin to check for resistance. If it seems too high, cycle and turn down a bit. Then I adjust via the HPR for velocity unless I start to see crazy inconsistencies - in which case I'll adjust a bit of the LPR.
