Curmudgeon Kimchi!! Tastes like kimchi (so far) doesnt look like kimchi though.

After deciding my sauerkraut is the best sauerkraut in the world, nay universe (said with sauerkraut firmly in cheek) I thought I'd try something different. I had some wombok ready in the yard so thought fermented cabbage with ginger , garlic and chilli was a good idea. As it turns out thats basically kimchi according to the interwebs. Its not red like the real stuff but quite colourful and so far tastes and smells great! will find outin a few weeks, stay tuned.
