Hi, I see salicylic acid in the keihls ultra face cream ingredients list. Will that exfoliate my face?

According to the ingredient list of Kiehl's ultra facial moisturizer, it contains salicylic acid. I wonder the percentage used in this cream has exfoliating properties or it's use for other purposes like perservitive?

Niacinamide is one ingredient that doesn’t suit my skin, and I’ve heard it doesn’t suit quite a few as well, so please recommend something without niacinamide for oily types
