I have been blessed to meet and hang with them a few times due to stepdaughter being longtime friends with their guitar tech. Whenever they are in Michigan we get to see them and always great seats! youd be surprised on how safe the pit is honestly as long as you dont get yourself into a circle pit youll be fine. at least when i went to shows the most in the mid to late 2000s, the one thing with heavy music is that when someone falls, EVERYONE instantly pushes everyone away to create a buffer so you dont get stepped on, especially if its a woman...we dont play that shit lol.
