Reality is that, science and magic, is indistinguishable to those with out the detailed training in the discipline involved... Magic is just what we have not yet discovered the science behind the reason for the way it functions... Sadly most advance mathematics is the same as religion, a lot of suppositions that have to be taken on faith... So go for it, if it is plausible and you can logically string it together, it is more believable than what comes out of the mouths of politicians these days, and 70 million in the USA just proved truth does not ever need to get in the way of well repeated BS...
