Love these big house's keep showing them makes me keep striving and working harder towards my dreams !
me too
@@ShaynonGramling you haven't showed anymore huge mansions in alpine new Jersey lately
@@ShaynonGramling very upset about this
@@corysimmons455 I know I still need to do another video like this! What neighborhood would you like to see next?
That house at the 5:24 mark is Tracy Morgan's house. Chris Rock lives in Alpine NJ also.
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing, my favorite is 5:02-5:10 it looks like a medieval cosmo castle😅
Yeah that one is nice! It was recently built by Rock Ridge Construction Management and the architect was James Paragano. They did an amazing job
Great! When I win the lottery, Alpine it is!!
@@ShaynonGramling You got it!
That will be awesome
@@fieryeurochick3194 A lot of my comments to people were deleted so I'm just going back through them -- I'm here when you're ready!
@@ShaynonGramlingI remember when my friend invited me to a swimming pool... a lot of people used to joke around that Alpine was a floating heaven. When we got there, the pool was in a mansion but my family was too scared to go In because 1: the town was full of mansions and 2: we though we were going to get shot by bodyguards! XD I'm sure people in Alpine joke around where I live in Southern bergen county people live in dumpsters and eat rats!
@@aiden4393 Haha yeah Alpine can be intimidating at first. I remember my first time going to an open house there and my first time even showing a mansion for sale, I felt out of place. But you get used to it after awhile and become more confident in neighborhoods like this.
NJ has some of the most luxurious mansions. I used to work landscaping and we would do mansions in Upper Saddle river Or Franklin Lakes and those mansions leave you in awe
I know they're such lavish homes! Upper Saddle River and Franklin Lakes are both nice neighborhoods as well
It would be nice if somebody could do a video about 191 Brayton Street, Englewood NJ, which used to be Eddie Murphy's house years ago.
I’m a millionaire and live in a studio and drive a Nissan, and I even pretend to struggle to pay bills. It really keeps Me grounded and gives Me a good sense of reality.
?????????
🤔
12 Esplanade Drive and the Castle
directly across the street is my favorite. Also the French Style Mansions on Stone Tower Drive and Timberline Drive...
Yes those are very nice
15 stone tower dr is my favorite
Spectacular homes right here in New Jersey ♥️
I agree! Many people don't realize New Jersey has some very nice towns with lavish homes like this
Too many beauties! It's so hard to pick only one favourite... Thank you so much for this amazing tour in this wow neighborhood! I love the US and I looove Alpine. And your car - and even the car park are all astounding!😄
Thank you and I agree about Alpine being such an astounding neighborhood and how beautiful those houses are!
Lol 😂 love the instrumental 🎷🎸 round 2:42 Marquez Davis
Thank you! I thought that one matched the home well
I’ll have to take points away from the last house that was shown for sale , for missing the wrought iron fencing around the property as most other there already have . The stone homes are my go to favorites , with plenty of natural fire places.
Oh if I’m living THIS lifestyle I must have fireplaces in at least a couple of the Bedroom Suites !
@@brucebeamon5460 I agree about the stone homes, those are nice! And more valuable
Awesome homes
Love the 4th and 5th house
And the last house
Great homes! Love the architecture, the fact the house has its own space of land and gates and stone around property.
Love to see the inside of the home
Thank you for the feedback! I love those houses too. I wish I could show the inside of some of these homes. Maybe eventually if and when I start listing homes in the area I can do tours of them!
Dont forget Saddle River and Franklin Lakes..
Those are both very nice towns as well
Love it!! My favorite is the house at 2:45!! :)
All it needs is a fence around the entire house & its perfect, it looks naked without one
Thank you! And I like that one a lot too!
Alpine is one of the wealthiest zip codes in America. I know Chris Rock and c.c. Sabathia live there.
Yes it is! I would love to own a house in Alpine one day
Wow, love your videos
Thank you! I'm happy you're enjoying them!
Beautiful!!
I agree! Thank you for watching
I love a drive!! ☺😍
It's a nice drive up there!
My hometown alpine
@@ShaynonGramling im still in alpine its peaceful and quiet
@@johnmegill5301 That's nice, It seems like a great place to live!
thats where my grandparents live! if you want a house there, they are trying to sell theirs but are having trouble :)
Many of my comments were deleted so I'm just going back through all of these now. Your grandparents are blessed to call Alpine their home -- great neighborhood! Have they sold yet?
Does it get snow??
Of course wtf like even Baltimore has snow
Question do any of those celebrities still live out there
@@ShaynonGramling o ok is it just only celebrities
@@uniquecosmeticsllc8383 No there are many people who aren't celebrities who live in Alpine
New Jersey is a rough place to live the further you head down the garden state parkway the worse it gets and it’s the first state I have ever seen with toll exits
Yeah there are so many tolls here
Is it really its a expense state to live in.
Stevie Wonder lives in Alpine, New Jersey.
Yes you are right. Thank you for watching
You live in Jersey City?
Yeah I moved to Jersey City almost 10 years ago.
For 12 million it should have at least 28 bathrooms 🚻
And a full house staff 😂
I dont like the kind of life... Besides I cant even afford the electricity bill...or the taxes in NJ....hell ohh naw
Haha yeah I could only imagine what their utility bills look like
Cant image property tax bill
Taxes in many NJ towns are high but you'd be surprised that some of the property tax bills in Alpine aren't as high as you would think
I live in the area and pass through Alpine and Englewood Cliffs often. To be honest, some of the older homes in EC are gorgeous. A lot of them are from "old money". The ones in Alpine which is not as old of a town compared to EC are just ostentatious. Big and gaudy for the sake of being big and gaudy. The one with Alpine Tower behind it...really? Spend that kind of money and have a radio tower in your backyard? So much for aesthetics!
Yeah I’ve seen some very nice homes in Englewood Cliffs too. Great area. I agree with you about the radio tower in your backyard - I wouldn’t want that either.
I thought you were going to show us where the stars live. I didn't hear no names in this video.
I know I meant to label them, I wish I could go back to do that
Exactly.
my favorite 5:58
@@ShaynonGramling yep. does it come with a price tag?
Upper Middle Class Neighborhood??
Putin's lackeys Class Neighborhood :-) 2:05 this house is known in faraway russia
Stone mansion??? 😜
@@ShaynonGramling
Great! If it were possible to organize a tour also in the house opposite .... 887 closter dock rd ... It would be magical !!
Hey how are you😊
I’m good! Just got back from a 1-week cruise so I’m just catching up with comments. How are you?
Who the hell lives here 😢?
Is this city where CHRIS ROCK , QUEEN LATIFAH & FAT JOE stay???
Yeah I think they all have/had houses in Alpine
