After a horrible experience on the course and at the range I didn’t realise how much I’d let the upper body to take over again. This tutorial is gold🥇

This is the first teacher to mention hands slowing just before club hits ball. Basic physics. Good understanding

I have had a lesson from Marcus and it’s so simple it makes a mockery of traditional golf instruction and shows it for what it really is “a lie”……

Love it Marcus, the Trampoline and balance board are super enlightening. In the beginning of this video, you lift the club handle first, lagging the head. This is exactly the way you would swing a hammer. Handle head, handle head. The half step drills at the end of the video are great but I don't understand why you don't land the left heel prior to releasing the foot.? Your trained that way! With the trampoline I find the it is the Depth of Fall that is key as the Body (Rib Cage) senses a fall and acts on the entire system to pull you out of the ground, rather than jumping. I road a unicycle as a kid. Even at the age of seventy I have an innate sense of balance. Walking, Running, pretty much any desire to move somewhere, is a sense of imbalance/balance. Good Footwork is imperative but it comes from a Proximal/Distal relationship. Thanks Dave

Marcus, how about your best suggestions for an exercise to TRY and stop a slice for us poor sods that have tried everything that doesn’t work. Now that’s a challenge which I know you’d love.

It’s simple “swing the club as the body is designed to do”.
I had a lesson from Marcus and at no point does he ever tell you to get into any specific position or angles, ect ect. All about unlocking your natural abilities that have been coached out of most golfers…..
I played for years without a single lesson, got down to 7hcp then took lessons and got worse the longer I tried to fix god knows what.
Marcus is a genius at getting the individual to discover their own natural movements which enable you to swing a club with pure relaxed freedom and quality results, as long as you TRUST yourself to “let go” 😊

I took my 2 Grandson’s up, plus myself 16months ago Marcus was fully booked, so we went with Sam who was brilliant, they came back as better golfers, both playing off 8 now, me nothing have got steadily worse, took up golf much too old but I keep trying. I’ve tried to pursuede them to go up again and have another go with Marcus, like you I think he is definitely one of the best ever.

Marcus , Are you never swinging at the target with any club but the putter ? I find all you talk about is taken care of by making circle swings with the arms . Arms are swinging out Large circle as the lower body torso makes another smaller circle. It's all about the magic of the circle . I also find low point is way back with the driver . Level with long irons thru hybrids and fairways.
Then in front of short irons. Ball position should be further back on all clubs, to get the really low points .

Marcus and the gang clearly know their GRF and I occasionally get something I can use here. But I have trouble following lots of the demos, because he always seems to be standing vertically and not in golf posture, and he always seems to bend left arm to about 90 degrees. Just doesn’t look like a golf swing you see from really good golfers.
