Holyfield is punch drunk. Couldn't even throw punches properly with leverage, speed and recoil. Tyson isn't punch drunk and can still throw punches properly. The age gap is still massive and if Tyson doesn't knock Paul out in the first round or 2, Paul likely wins due to having far superior stamina.

Just becuase his previous results were negative, it doesn’t mean that they weren’t in his system. Fighters use masking agents with PED’s to confuse the test results. This can fail to be successful if the dosages are significantly incorrect in terms of ratio. Metabolism also plays a part in the masking agents doing their part - the week before the fight is usually the least physical one leading up to the end of camp, for obvious reasons.. especially when you’re downing beer on the scales the day before the fight.
I think Mike will go into Beast mode if for only two or three rounds. The inexperience of Jake Paul won't stand up against the flurry of combinations that Mike will subject the young Paul to. Paul's only hope is to run and keep distance between him and the Beast.

I love the way young guys perceive age, it's always about the number. You can on average maintain your full strength till around age 60. Also, everybody ages differently. As long as Mike has his punch and even at his age, good hand speed for a heavyweight, he has a chance to knock Paul out. What wrecked Tyson's career by Buster Douglas, was Don King, those two women, Jim Jacobs and Cus D'Amato's deaths, and Mike's own head.
I think having watched Mike train he still has the power and speed, jake leaves himself wide open and I believe Mike can knock him into next week within 1st 2 rounds. Jake will never want to feel a punch as hard or harder than Mike's again if he connects, it'll be lights out. I’m 44 years old. When I was at primary school in New Zealand, Mike Tyson was the trump card. If you were play fighting and you said ‘I’m Mike Tyson’ it was accepted that you were untouchable. That or someone would counter with ‘I’m Superman’. This is just fookin’ sad! I feel genuinely gutted.

It just gets tired and goes to sleep for a bit. 30 years is a long time to give it plenty of reasons to wake up. There is also the fact that Mike has done a LOT of mind expanding drugs in the last few years. That 'animal' is really just his younger self's way of describing the methods of activating and caressing his amygdala. It's just an aspect of the mind, that he's likely thought about introspectively VERY deeply. My point is, he might be able to just control that animal these days. Just becuase his previous results were negative, it doesn’t mean that they weren’t in his system. Fighters use masking agents with PED’s to confuse the test results. This can fail to be successful if the dosages are significantly incorrect in terms of ratio. Metabolism also plays a part in the masking agents doing their part - the week before the fight is usually the least physical one leading up to the end of camp, for obvious reasons.. especially when you’re downing beer on the scales the day before the fight.

I think Mike will go into Beast mode if for only two or three rounds. The inexperience of Jake Paul won't stand up against the flurry of combinations that Mike will subject the young Paul to. Paul's only hope is to run and keep distance between him and the Beast.

I love the way young guys perceive age, it's always about the number. You can on average maintain your full strength till around age 60. Also, everybody ages differently. As long as Mike has his punch and even at his age, good hand speed for a heavyweight, he has a chance to knock Paul out. What wrecked Tyson's career by Buster Douglas, was Don King, those two women, Jim Jacobs and Cus D'Amato's deaths, and Mike's own head.

I think having watched Mike train he still has the power and speed, jake leaves himself wide open and I believe Mike can knock him into next week within 1st 2 rounds. Jake will never want to feel a punch as hard or harder than Mike's again if he connects, it'll be lights out. Mike's style is straight on peekaboo continually moving forward and sideways never backwards, jake has never been in a fight with a style like Mike's.
Exactly! Jake's technique is sloppy, he misses half his punches and moat of the what connects doesn't do damage. He fights people that can't fight and thinks it's a bonafide win. We're talking about IRON Mike here. Even if he's slowing down or losing strength, he's still stronger and faster than 99% of men of any age. Lest people forget, George Foreman came back in his 50's and became champion again. Uncle Mike still got some moves, I mean I know I'm probably over my head, but I'm holding out hope for Mike. Plus, it'd be great to see him fight again, shame it's against this bum, but when I was a kid I only saw Tyson fight against Lewis which was his last fight in his youth. And obviously since, he's fought Roy Jones, so it'd be cool to see him step through the ropes again

He’s been in great shape the only difference now is it’s Iron mike with that old man strength; The most ultimate and dominant of all strengths. If this fight is actually serious, I think even out of shape Mike knocks him out unconscious in the first round. Tyson is still fast af despite his age and substance abuse, this Jake Paul will not even know what hit him.

Power may not leave you but boxing is more than just about power there's also reflexes involved, footwork. There were stipulations involved in the Roy Jones Jr fight put in place to protect Mike.

I’m 44 years old. When I was at primary school in New Zealand, Mike Tyson was the trump card. If you were play fighting and you said ‘I’m Mike Tyson’ it was accepted that you were untouchable. That or someone would counter with ‘I’m Superman’. This is just fookin’ sad! I feel genuinely gutted.
Jake at age 18 was like on youtube making silly videos fresh off of being on the Disney Channel as an actor, Mike at age 18 was in and out of prison beating gangsters up in the street laughing at people who pull a gun on him and rampaging through professional boxers in under 1 minute, under 10 seconds sometimes.
The ONLY ADVANTAGE JAKE HAS IS AGE. Mike Tyson's crumbling form. There's the fact that he stated he doesn't have that animal anymore.
But from my experience, it doesn't just 'go away'. It just gets tired and goes to sleep for a bit. 30 years is a long time to give it plenty of reasons to wake up.
There is also the fact that Mike has done a LOT of mind expanding drugs in the last few years. That 'animal' is really just his younger self's way of describing the methods of activating and caressing his amygdala. It's just an aspect of the mind, that he's likely thought about introspectively VERY deeply.
My point is, he might be able to just control that animal these days. Or at least to present a convincing mimic.

What you all have to realize is, Tyson is a man. He took the fight. And for Jake Paul, it's just another fight. Make no mistake. This old man is coming to knock you out. mikes been trained by the best...he will walk through jakes goofy, half assed defense, plant a left hook on jakes chin and knock him into boxing retirement. and he will do that whenever he decides its the right time. he wants to give people show, but he also doesnt want to fight ten rounds and be too gassed to get it done.
