Get the realistic physics mod and you will be bouncing up and down the highway lol. I was driving this truck and I had the suspension stiffness at zero and had the realistic physics mod and just was bouncing down the whole highway
I was literally just playing with this mod! I really love it, I forgot how fun cabovers (I'm a big cabover guy lol) were to drive ever since the freightliner flb. There's also something I really like about the interior it looks really comfy. Also the long chassis variant doesn't have a different interior than the normal one
When I was a kid the Cabover's were my favorite to see on the highway. Later on in life I got to drive one, it was terrible but I still love looking at them. Thanks for the adventure Jeff.

I don't see many of the real cabover semi trucks in service anymore like I use to back in the day. It's probably because the length laws have increased over the years which the conventional cabs pretty much took over since they have longer wheelbases & they're easier to get in & out of & only have to open the hood in front for access to the engine instead of having to tilt the whole cab forward like on the cabovers.
Cab overs are my jam so I would definitely be down for seeing the long mod of this. I totally agree with the lane merge nonsense. I was driving last night and about crashed because two lanes that were supposed to merge had stopped and the AI couldn't figure it out. I ended up having to pass them on the shoulder while towing an 80,000lb digger. SCS reeeealy needs to fix that...
I drove a cabover for JB Hunt before they switched over to Freightliner I drove that truck for bout a week. International I think it was. The only thing I hated was the bunk being right there. Lol.

You should do a video with an n14 Cummins. My dad's wrecker has that. Its a 2002 peterbilt 389 with the Cummins. Its an amazing motor. Making about 565 horsepower and 1850 torque.

At some point you should put all of your active mods in a collection on the workshop for your fellow truck sim players because you got me back into ATS and i'm finding it hard to find mods that make the game more realistic, I keep running into backwater mods that are blotched to hell and unusable. :c

I am from Ruidoso, New Mexico. It is a nice state to live in.. You have go see White Sands right next to Holloman Air Force Base.. One more thing to said about White Sands Boyz To Men made a video there.
Jeff, I don't know if you have or not, but you should try out the Frieghtliner FLB on the steam workshop, it's got a crazy amount of mods on it, like, more than Viper's 389.
Even tho its a game they should really make it more logical when it comes to fueling and have bigger stops for the trucks and I love goin on the road my grandpa is a truck driver and has been drivin for 32yrs and counting
id follow nascarp if it went back to its roots. the sc meaning stock car. not been like that since the 60s or 70s. the well most of hte cars are close enough in spec that if you were to take one stock from hte factory and race it, it would be interesting. plus racing in the rain, as well as road courses.

backing in a hole like that at night time is pretty rough..to be honest they really should have had a pole light back there by osha standards...i'm sure you have seen the drop yard in e stl right there by the track ..that place is lit up on all 4 corners ..that's how all drop yards should be but we know railx don't give 2 shits and try to cut corners...good job although it was frusrating

My Dad owned one back in the 80's when he and Mom drove team. So many memories. I have this in game as well. Love this truck. It can pull ANYTHING.
