Day trip to Dunblane

As per usual, I went to a new to me place, not knowing what to expect. And I found Dunblane to be small and utterly charming (having rather lush weather on that day has helped, I'm sure!), and, in a way, it has blown my socks off. Granted, catching a beginning of a wedding in the Cathedral, with a bagpiper right there, definitely helped. (I sort of had that "oooh!" moment when I heard the bagpiper as I was looking at the small details of the building, the oldest parts of which are from the 15th century! Most definitely a moment I won't forget in a hurry!)
There's not really that much to say about this trip, other than it was really enjoyable. I hope you get to enjoy this...I guess a highlight of an absolutely marvelous day 😊
