I listened to 'Nothing Matters'. Thanks for it! Thought i might share with you my initial thoughts just based on this first listen :) First off - it sounds very European. It's clean and uncluttered - very nice. There's some elements of A-Ha and a wee bit of...Duran Duran. I like the rap part in the earlier part of the song. I like that it's light and easy to listen to. You can just sit and chill with this. Thank you!

He's good at playing instruments. Like drums, guitar, etc. He likes to edit videos and is pretty good. He films GCF, you should check them, too. He even directed their "Life goes on" mv. He can pull off every genre. And also has a perfect pitch. Everyone who works with him praised him and left impressed. In his solo era, he showed everyone how huge he could be. He became the most successful k soloist. His every song is hit. That's why many call him a global pop star. Because he's not K-pop anymore. He's beyond that. He also writes music, obviously, all of them do. His lyricism is so good. He's so wise and mature from such a young age. He may act childish and playful but when he speaks, he does it very good. He's well spoken and I feel like this side of him is so much underrated. Many are used to Jungkook being good, so sometimes even the army's forget to praise him. And to all of this, he remains humble. Like so so humble. I'm glad that he's like that because in his place, I would never shut up and stop talking about myself. He's honestly such a good person. A person who inspires with his love towards life and discipline/hard work. I love him. And the ones who hate him should go check themselves to the doctor because lacking taste is a covid symptom.

This song is R&B/funk/disco. Most say they hear MJ or Bruno Mars or The Weekend or Justin Timberlake. It was not written by JK. I think the guy who wrote Seven wrote this. I believe all the songs on Golden were written by other people since it's all in English. Although he has improved greatly, JK's English is still a work in process so it's hard to expect him to be able to compose songs in English. If you want to hear JK singing Harry Styles' song, he did a cover of "Falling" and it is incredibly moving.

As soon as I heard this, it took me back to 1980 when my cousin bought Michael's first solo album, Off the Wall. Specifically, it made me think of 'Rock with You'. I believe this is an ode/nod to Michael. JK is just brilliant. He can do anything. He's our Golden Maknae. Loved this guys! 💜

That said, the other vocalists are also great and unique in their own ways, but Jung Kook just has an in-born talent. This song is one of my favorites lately too.
