I know about the balancer and shit, but I’m sure there are things I’m not aware of. Also the prices are all over the place 35 - 50 K . Harmonic Balance is a common failure item on these corvettes. Once it fails it starts maching a chirping sound and its a really big and expensive job to have this replaced
unless you're prepared to spend top dollar, it's ok to buy a car with minor flaws like big gaps and leaky valve cover gaskets. otherwise you're chasing unicorns, and unicorns don't exist my guy.

@@ath85 I had mine done at a well known local performance shop. The price you paid typically would include upgrading the cam as well.
