well beside the A/Cs and litter, it somehow still looks fascinating ... gives me some kind of weird feeling, in a good way :o and there are a lot of plants, too :)
Rat in 4K at 3:21, long tail, big ratón, raaaaaat...he he, very good video, I lived in Tokyo when I was young, many good things come back to my mind watching this videos, and yes I've seen many rats in Tokyo, near Nakameguro-Shibuya. Thank you
I'm so jealous! (in a good way) Someday I will visit Japan for sure. I really appreciate your awesome videos. Thank you for your work! You have a really good eye on perspectives/angles and details while filming. Very, very nice.
Thanks, Edward! I am glad you loved our videos! And as for the rat, I did not see it at first, it is just when I edited the video that I saw that it was there ;-)
TokyoStreetView - Japan The Beautiful its really AWESOME how you make these videos. so realistic. hey no problem we liked seeing the cute little rat. there here in ohio too but bigger lol thank you again we are grateful for being able to watch :)
Hi Tokyostreetview, my wife and I plan to travel to Japan in April, and I'm interested in visiting Tsukishima (because I watched your video. I like the old neighborhood, and I think I'll enjoy taking an evening stroll near the bridge and the small boats nearby. However, I have a question... I checked some pictures on google map, and there're many pictures with construction sites. Some pictures even show the river drained of water due to construction. Do you know if the constructions are still ongoing? Thank you .
Hi. My this is a good question. And I am not sure how to answer. There are always construction and things are not getting any better and this because of the upcoming Olympics (many temples around Tokyo and Japan are making themselves ready for that). Now what river are you talking about?
Hi, thank you for your reply. I meant the river near the bridge in Tsukishima. I think it's called "Tsukudako Bridge" Thanks again for any information that you may have.
Bicycles, one of the few things you can let sit outside and rust and it becomes a work of art.
It's very clear. I feel like I'm in Tokyo right now...cool...
it keeps amazing me how clean Tokyo is.
me to until i saw the rat and then the rest where shots of garbage laying around ....lol
Catnium that rat is probably hungry. Here in NYC, we feed them so well that they might have some clogged artery and drop dead at age 10.
Back alleys have some special charm. Thnx for another lovely video. Oh, and yes, I did see that rat. :D
Really fantastic video. Thanks so much for doing these!
Welcome!

Oh ! Bien dit. Je ne suis pas fan des haïku, mais j'adore la sérénité de ces vidéos ^^
Paix interieur je sais pas, mais j'essais au max de faire des videos reposantes avec ce qu il y a autour de moi.
the back ally shots are beautiful
I love shooting back ally in Japan, there is something so special to them, clean yet messy, love it!
@@TokyoStreetView It's the complexity and detail

Tsukishima is an even better shitamachi neighborhood than Monzen-Nakacho! ... lots of mom and pop shops and NO tourists.
I used to live in tsukishima. I don't think this video shows a real tsukishima. It's like a scene 40 years ago.
Mmmmm.. As Italian, i was thing the garbage on the streets under the sun like 5:03 was only in Rome.
I'm glad everyone else saw the rat

Good CATCH!!!! I was not sure if someone would pay attention to it.
OMG 😲 l see a rat as big as a cat !
Well, there are rats in every city... I used to live in Hong Kong and Rats were everywhere and cockroach so big that you could walk them like a pet.
有隻老鼠被拍到了。
Alleyways in Hong Kong are fetid. Meanwhile in Japan... Sigh.
Been living in HK for a while and yep, I know what you mean.
