Interesting--I don't know anything about TX, though, so I have no idea of what gave rise to your lower taxes. 🙃 As for insurance, I've heard there's been a bit of a home insurance crisis in CA, but I haven't seen or heard any of that here.
@@charliecrash3450 Thanks, in TX insurance for cars and homes have been on a rocket ship going up. My mom lives in Idaho so I follow things there too or try to. I'll ask her about this next time we talk.

Funny property tax went down in TX too this year. But I do wonder how insurance is going in Idaho?

Our insurance agent said our ID homeowners insurance premiums went up to pay for all the disasters going on in the other states!
