Hello Mr Parker. Been a fan since the old TNN fishing show days. Your right, you never hear about the Carolina rig anymore. Can you do a short video on how to size a hook for different type plastics?

Thank you Hank for explaining the details for us less experienced! Fished hard through teen years and now getting back into it 35 years later. Trying to catch up on what I forgot and what’s new. I appreciate you sharing so much on your channel. Much appreciated!!

Thank you Mr Parker for such a great video, Ive fished a lizard Texas rigged forever & never tried it Carolina rigged, but to your point, a lizard does out fish a worm in many instances & reminds me that bass can get conditioned to lure profiles, so grateful for your time, diligence and genuine desire to make us all better bass fisherman, Peace & Blessings!

It blows my mind how many people I hear on the internet say they hate the Carolina rig but it's a rig I have on my front deck 12 months out the year... a lot of the time I'll have 2 of them with different size weights because I can fish the heavier one faster and the lighter one forces me to slow down. Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!

I've been a student of your shows for many moons and fish my Carolina rig just that way. The lizard is really a salamander also known by the names of hellbender & mudpuppy. They are nest robbers and bass hate them. This is why I throw a lizard. That and cause you said so.

1 1/2 oz weight with a 10lb leader and 4/0 hook? No thanks Good way to break off.
Use a bobber stop between the weight and bead. That will protect your not
