- In this video I make and test the Swag Off Road Finger Press Brake Kit (not sponsored). I weld everything together using my new ArcCaptain MIG 200 (not sponsored) and then try it out making some shelf brackets.
If you're interested in either the press brake or the welder links are below. Again, neither of these companies sponsors me in any way.

I've been a welder for over 45 years and the best thing you could do is get rid of that flux core wire and switch over to gas . You would find that you could weld much better. Flux core wire is made so you can weld outdoors on a very windy day where the wind blows the gas away . Also when using flux core wire remove the nozzle tip on your lead its not needed .
Yeah I intend to, but I didn't want to experiment on the brake and I needed it for something. I have gas and wire just need to practice.
I bought the same kit about 5 years ago. It has been a great brake, no complaints.
Do you have any of the other accessories, like the other finger dies or the adjustable flat top bottom die?
No I don't.@@MicksWorkshop
That's a nice building kit.
Great job building this up, it was good to watch and it works very well. We have been looking at these but they expensive over here, I think they are over twice the cost of our press
Wow. Thanks, it was a fun project.
One of these days I need to find a hydraulic press so I can get one of these kits.
Super
Merci
