Ingredients:
2 bags frozen corn 12 oz
5 strips bacon ( OR MORE IF YOU WANT)
1/2 cup chopped onion ( optional )
1 cup plus 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup each cheese of choice ( plus more for topping )
* I used mozzarella, cheddar, Italian blend.. you can use any kind!
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tbs butter
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tsp salt * please adjust to taste but be careful!*
BROIL FOR 3-5 MINS OR UNTIL BROWNED AND BUBBLY .. BUT WATCH IT

Tip: The best way to cut bacon into pieces is to keep a pack in the freezer and slice off the size/amount you need.
The pieces will defrost quickly as you cook them and you'll never have to wrestle with greasy, slippery raw bacon again.
