We teamed up with @On-Running and sent two of our own to race the Cirque Series trail race in Alta, Utah. Here's a breakdown of their top tips, lessons learned, and gear that led to a successful mountain race.
Trail running is an art. As Tyde so gracefully puts it, "it's a balance between keeping pace...and not eating sh-t." For Sunny, this was his first trail race, and these two left no stones unturned prepping for game day.
