Their pedals are handwired man. Best quality coming from the east for sure. You can't believe it when you hear them...and then you open the backs to play with the dip switches and you can see why, top notch electronics and wiring!

I agree, if the pedal is not in production any more then it's fair game, some of the biggest names in the industry do it so we can't judge Demonfx for doing the same. Sounds decent to me!
As good as Demon is I have never understood why they have to blatantly do the things they do. This pedal is a perfect example. It does everything you'd want and more and no infringement on trademarks. Great demo per usual Chappie.
Yeah, I'm liking this new direction for them. The pedals are usually top notch, so having them a little guilt free is a win win. They had to get their name on the map somehow though I guess
Already had the other DemonFX screamer, the red one with the 8 and 9 version switch, but I use that to push my Marshall. I bought a 5150 amp recently and have a plethora of OD, gain and other stuff in front of it, am still experimenting, but I thought I really could use another DemonFX screamer. Then I saw this pedal, then this video, and the part that said, it's like having hotter pick ups, and the part that says, it's like adding 2 extra channels to your amp, is what pushed me over the edge. Immediately ordered this one at a nice discount, it's way cheaper than buying another guitar with hot pick ups, and also cheaper and way less hassle than buying hot pickups and build them in on my Gibson Vs or Explorer 😁... since I was on a binge I also ordered the DemonFX Ravine, I felt like the 5150 deserves a special reverb/delay (it's the LBX-S 15W stealth version, no reverb, but the clean channel sounds awesome too!), so now I have 2 pedals incoming. Can't wait! I now have a set up like this: Marshall DSL on 2x12 Greenbacks with its own pedal board (including FX loop stuff), and the 5150 on 2x12 Vintage 30s, also with its own pedal board/FX loop stuff. In front of it all I have an A/B to A-B switch, so I can change amps or play both of them at the same time with just one click. That A/B switch really is a handy little thing. With most ABY pedals you have to change the cables, or flip a switch by hand, to go from A/B to Y, but not on this one, it has 2 buttons, A/B and A-B. It's called the LANDTONE Hand Made ABY Pedal Switcher Box, I'm sure it's cloning some expensive brand like Morley or Fender, but it costs less than €30 (that's what I paid), comes in umpteen different colors too, even pink LOL, I got the black one, and I think it deserves a review here. It's awesome! And btw: a while ago I bought the DemonFX Dual Mod, but returned it because it had a hum in channel 2. Just recently it was on sale somewhere, I got like 40 euros off, so I gave it another shot. The one I received now is perfect. No hum. Another winner!
@@BudgetPedalChap LOL The less I spend on pedals the more I get to spend on guitars and amps, why spend 300 on a boutique thingy when I can get the same for 50, and errr, it's a sport, a hobby, even an addiction if you will🤣

What amps or Sims do you play these through.im curious... I use a katana, super crush 100, dark terror, and miceo terror... For cabs I have a 412 scorpion cab from 80s,a 212 Mesa rec cab from 90s. And an old peavey combo converted to a cab from the 60s
This is all through a helix using a deluxe reverb patch and a jtm patch for the driven stuff. I tweaked them to sound great, but I wanted to stick with generic fender clean tone and Marshall crunch as everyone knows what they are supposed to sound like. I've heard some really good things about the terrors, I have yet to try one. Would you recommend them?
@@BudgetPedalChap I'd definitely recommend Orange amps period it's a different tone altogether....they'll go from fender clean to the gnarliest grind you can get for working class money..
As far as I'm aware, demon tend to do their own circuits but there is a lot of sharing in these Chinese companies so it wouldn't surprise me, I'll be honest 🤣🤣
Man this is nice. Play worship with orange terror stamp (jhs little black amp box in loop) at the end of my board. This pedal would work like a charm. Great demo.

Yeah, it adds a bunch of versatility to a signal chain. I could see it being very useful 👍
If the original pedal doesn't have a patent on it I have no problem with any other company producing clones.
There is a lot of 'inspiration taking' across the industry as a whole, it's very difficult to get something truly unique
