There are so many old options for less than 100 dollars all the way upto 7th gen on Ebay. Good luck doing decent work on this.

I’m going to upgrade the Optiplex 780 to an Optiplex 790 later in the future. I will have the DT model and probably at some point will get a GPU for it.
