The way they blend 2D and 3D with the animation is so seamless.
Also, the VA fits him very well. His story is interesting. And the music went ham! Such a good use of few minutes to actually introduce a character. I'm hyped for future trailers.

'why do humans do things that donot help them in surviving?' this has been a theme and a topic of debate in the previous chapters of pgr as well(another game by kuro games). Now I would like to see how they go about exploring this idea in the world of wuthering waves. Also by doing this they might also be addrressing one of the recurring critisms by people that is, why does the game look so bright if it is based upon a post apocalyptic world setting?
Because this is not the first time they have incorporated player criticisms into the plot and spun their own tale on it.
Unironically when the first trailer came out for wuwa all I saw was people saying the world looked to bland and gray-scale (even though it's supposed to be like that in a post apocalyptic world yk)

Trying to figure out why he would be at all. They don't explain any real conflict or misunderstanding between the lion boy's kind and humans. Judging by the rest of the trailer, the guy had no issues being a part of human society so it makes you question why even have him be concerned that people might fear him.

I saw this video playing on my lil sis ipad while she was asleep as an ad. Now I heard it first before fully watching it properly on my phone. What captivated me just from hearing or listening alone was his voice, lion dance, the chinese instruments that’s being played in the bg (which is one of my favs), and lastly the song which I really love! After watching it properly on my phone I’m glad that I pre-order this game few months back. Can’t wait!! 💜 btw I’m the only one that play these types of games in my family so it was funny that it appeared on my lil sis ipad since she’s the opposite of me. But anyway THANK YOU AD!!
