  • Skoda adds more power and a sporty attitude to its seven-seater SUV. We’re big fans of the standard Kodiaq, so can the vRS version add some extra excitement? Phill Tromans went to Spain to find out.

    Great First Drive Review. I particularly like the exterior styling and the Interior trim as well

    I have had Skoda kodiaq SEL seven seater for over a year, covering over 25K miles and I would agree it’s one of the best cars I have had. Kids love it too. It’s refreshing from previous two tourans I had, which were great cars too. Wished to stick to vW brand, not spend a fortune and try something different and kodiaq has delivered. The only criticism I have is, music doesn’t sound as great as it did in the tourans, perhaps just the dimensions of the car! Looking forward to its hybrid version when it comes to change.

    Generally good changes but a little extra pep would’ve been nice, really comes down to price differences in your market as opposed to other Kodiak’s in the range

    How is the Kodiaq vRS slower to 60 mph than it’s sister car, the VW Tiguan Allspace 2.0 BiTDI?

    • @AutoTraderTV
      @AutoTraderTV  6 лет назад +1

      Hi Josh! We think it's because the Kodiaq vRS is heavier than the Tiguan by about 100kg. Hope that helps.

    Hah, Kodiak the best "SUV"... only if you're the sort of person who just wants lots of space and doesn't care about any driving spirit or the questionable design. Typical sponsored ad. You didn't even disclose that this was a Skoda event.
