Rome Seminar _ Shaolin Applications

Some moments of the seminar held in Rome, in the beautiful park of Villa Panfili. First part dedicated to the applications of Shaolin Luo han.
In the background the musical piece "the seven qualities of water", originally for harp but here performed with the piano, inspired by the eighth chapter of the Tao Te Ching.
Alcuni momenti del seminario svoltosi a Roma, nel bellissimo parco di Villa Panfili. Prima parte dedicata alle applicazioni di Shaolin Luo han.
In sottofondo il brano musicale "le sette qualità dell'acqua", originariamente per arpa ma qui eseguito con il pianoforte, ispirato all'ottavo capitolo del Tao Te Ching.

Ciao Peter. The shoes were only for exercise, the concept is to pick up something on the ground, sand or an object and throw it while performing the technique. Shaolin Luo Han Quan has a series of these techniques in the finale. 🙏🏽
